Every transaction is different. It wholly depends on the length of the chain, which solicitors are instructed and how proactive the clients and solicitors are.
We work with you and aim for your timescale. There are elements of the conveyancing outside of our control which may delay your transaction and we cannot comment on timescales of other parties in the transaction.
As a rough idea, provided all parties are committed and proactive as quick as 3 weeks, or as protracted as 10 weeks or more. It really does depend on the intentions of the chain.
