For peace of mind, we provide a Fixed-Fee Divorce service.

From the outset, we will be able to provide you with a price.  Assuming your divorce is undisputed, you can expect to pay in the region of £350 plus VAT. There is a fee to the court of £593 and is payable by the applicant, however, depending on circumstances the court may agree for the respondent to contribute some or all of this fee.
