Our conveyancing fees start at £595.00 plus vat and any disbursements. Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as Land Registry fees, searches and Land Tax. We process the payment of the disbursement on your behalf to ensure a smoother process and in some cases as a requirement of your mortgage lender. On average disbursements are £500, please see our pricing policy here.
Some cases can be substantially more complex or have unexpected issues. In those instances or where there are changes to the information you have provided, additional fees may be payable. Details will be provided if and when they arise and we will agree any additional fees with you before carrying out any further work
